Measure the pallet opening

Do not specify a pallet truck from capacity alone. Record pallet entry direction, fork pocket width, bottom-deck clearance and aisle turning space. The fork must enter and support the actual pallet without interference.

Choose catalogue dimensions deliberately

The JILI MPT-2.5 table lists 2500 kg with 1150, 1200 or 1220 mm fork-length choices and 550 or 685 mm overall fork widths. Ask for the current drawing for the chosen combination; the table does not prove every option is available in every market.

Check height and floor conditions

Lowered fork height affects pallet entry. Wheel material and floor condition affect handling and maintenance. A scale-equipped pallet truck adds display and calibration questions; JILI’s PTS-2.0 row lists two lowered-height choices, 75 or 85 mm.

Send a complete purchasing brief

State the pallet size and opening, load, fork dimensions, floor type, quantity, destination, wheel preference and packaging. For a scale truck, specify weighing accuracy and any calibration or approval requirements separately.
